Before we start, a note from me.
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read the first season. And to everyone here for the second.
Season One was the what. Peeling back the layers to find out what is there, and how they connect to each other.
Season Two is how it works.
None of this is theory. None of it is guesswork. It is personal discovery, tested on myself before it was ever taught to anyone. And it is a work in progress.
Season Three will be how to become.
I'm looking outside at my backyard right now. A lawn. A couple cats. Chairs. An avocado tree. A handful of plants.
If I wrote about it, I'd write: I had a great time in my backyard. It was a sunny day.
That's the whole problem in one sentence.
The senses collapse infinite energy into shape, color, texture. That's the sensory limit. Then language collapses it again, a full backyard reduced to five words. Two limits, stacked. That's what builds a limiting belief. Not lying. Just compression.
Once awareness gets pulled into body consciousness through that compression, it starts treating physical reality as simply real. Nothing else. Just this.
That's the prison.
One of the most important pieces of reading energy: remove the definitions to see the behavior.
Take away the definitions of Brahman, God, Shiva, the unified field. Watch only what they do. Same behavior. Same nature. Same thing, four names.
That's not a spiritual position. It's a method. Observe behavior instead of accepting a definition, whether the definition is a story you want to believe or one somebody else built for you.
Here's what that method reveals about the soul.
The soul can be looked at as X, Y, Z coordinates.
In Vedic science, the term is Sat Chit Ananda. Energy, information, love. I translate that into minimum and maximum energy, energy as information, and energy dynamics, either expansive or contractive.
That gives the soul an actual physicalness. Architecture in 3D space. A field of energy collapsed into a shape, with dynamics you can track.
The soul is a singularity. The only thing that can't be subdivided into something else. It won't fizzle out the way a black hole will.
It wants to keep expanding, raising its vibration, so it can go wherever it wants to go next.
The proper use of the awareness is to become meta-aware. Meta-awareness is the act of becoming aware. It's understanding that the patterns running you are just patterns. It's understanding that the nature of the environment around us is just patterns. It's recognizing that everything you've ever done, thought, or conceived of is just patterns, and knowing how to understand those patterns in real time, all at the same time.
When the nerves are clear, the claires are activated and clear.
When the mind is at rest, awareness can perceive the subtle energies. It uses intuition, meaning, symbolism, and energetic understanding to translate what you're experiencing.
There's psychophysiological, the external environment impacting your internal stimuli. And there's psycho-spiritual, how that gets translated from the mind, as thought, into action.
The spiritual component of that is the energy you're putting out into the metamorphic field. When you get many like minds with the same bias, it creates spiritual energy. There's an identification with an iconic form of energy that's shared. And when it comes into conflict, there's a clash, not just of psychological ideals, but of energetic beliefs, so to speak.
The metamorphic field is the field of energy around us in the environment, and our individual fields distort it and influence it. The more biophotons a person has, the stronger their attention signal, and the more it distorts the field around them, changing the shape of the metamorphic field. Get multiple people together, and they dramatically change the shape of the metamorphic field.
The soul has a compass. It wants to expand, not contract. The laws of spiritual integrity keep you expansive, in a state of not contracting. And the end point of the law of expression is that the field seems to be reaching for something. I interpret that as meaning it wants to make meaning, so it can create purpose.
The compass, whether you're expansive or contractive, has three effects. As above, so below. The universal law of correspondence basically says that whatever is triggering me internally, through stress, is going to play out externally through my thoughts and actions, and into the field.
Heaven and hell are places. But they don't start as places. There's a spiritual component where they may be literal, and that's outside my pay grade. What happens after death, I have no clue. What I can speak to is this: the experience of heaven and hell is created in the mind.
They're archetypal. Universal. Everybody, in every culture, at every age, knows what heaven feels like and knows what hell feels like. You can point to it.
When the psyche goes chaotic, when the mind moves into deep stress, that produces the experience of hell. At its most contractive, that's hell fully realized, and the world around us becomes hellish too. The bad actions you put out into the world come back to you. They continue the stress, the stories, the conditioning.
Heaven is what gets created when the body has cultivated inner peace. When the body holds inner peace, the external world gets projected as inner peace. Moving in alignment with your moral integrity is what gets projected back out. That becomes the standard you build your life around. That's heaven.
Both are psycho-spiritual. Get enough people in either state, and they change their environment to match it. We're in a state of war globally right now. There are a hundred hotspots around the world that look like a powder keg. A couple years ago, we had half that. The spiritual environment is becoming conflictive.
As above, so below. As within, so without. The physiological, mental, and spiritual versions of heaven and hell are already visible. In the environment. In yourself. In other people.
So then what are angels? What is God? What is the devil? What is Satan?
If God is the macro field, then Satan is the pure expression of ego. An angel is a person whose coherence is very high. A devil is a person whose coherence is very low. A person who operates out of the dark triad would be very devil-like, so to speak. A person who gives their life selflessly for others, lives in gratitude, and is there to serve, would be perceived as an angel.
Remove the religious component. Translate the religious into the psychological, and that's just behavior archetypes. Different ontological perspective. Same framework underneath.
An archetype is just a behavior complex. You can see it playing out in real time. It's the stranger who helps you unexpectedly. The person who gives you one piece of advice that changes your whole perspective. The family member who sends you money out of nowhere. That's the angel archetype, live.
The devil archetype is just as visible. People operating from corrupt states of morality. Projecting fear. Manipulating and controlling to get their desired outcome.
The soul is what's having the experience. The ego is the character we get caught up in. The ego is what needs the descriptions, the definitions, and the attachments. The soul is not.
The ego has to be integrated in order for the soul to come back to life. Think of it like a light bulb. You turn it on, you get a hundred watts of clean light. But if you have a light bulb with a bunch of mud on it, you turn it on and it casts spotty shadows all over the place. That's the ego. You've got to clean the bulb.
This is the causal loop of reality. Not just how God works through you. How you're an expression of that same field, expressed at the material edge of energy. And how awareness isn't just attuned to it. It's stuck to it. Stuck to the stories.
This is precisely why you are the door and the key. Everyone just needs a road map that's very clear. And that's what this is. It's a road map.
Practice
This is a deep practice. Fifteen minutes a day. Quiet space. Meditative. Contemplative.
Every day, we call ourselves stuff. We're geometric. We're a form. We're a body. We're a human. These are stories, and the stories condition the mind into believing they're real. They anchor us.
This practice peels the layers back, one at a time.
Start with the body. Visualize it. What it's made of. Meat, bone, flesh. Zoom in. Chemistry. Cellular biology. Zoom in again. Atoms. Zoom in again. Subatomic particles. All of it creating the illusion of the body.
Then the mind. Visualize it sitting next to the body. For most people, it's blank space. The mind exists, but there's no icon to describe it. Recognize how you're not the mind. Not your thoughts. Not your stories. Not the conditions, the beliefs, the preferences, the biases, the trauma. Anything story-based.
On another day, sit with the energy. How you're not it, and how you are it.
Consciousness seems to exist outside of all of it.
Then extend the same reflection to spirit. Soul. God. How you are, and are not, each one.
Do this daily. You're identifying the koshas, the mental sheaths, the impressions that anchor you into physical reality. Keep peeling the layers back. Keep recognizing what's actually happening underneath the story.
The Little Book of Reprogramming SOURCE maps 108 patterns to the 108 nerve addresses where they live in the body. Two pages a day. One pattern at a time. Root to crown.
If heaven and hell are conditions your nervous system produces, this is where you go to change the conditions.
